Returns
Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. For shed items, the product must remain unassembled and in its original, unopened packaging to qualify for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Custom-made or personalized sheds built to specific customer specifications.
- Items that have been assembled, installed, or modified after delivery.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Gift cards.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@shopshedmart.com. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number if applicable. Please do not send any items back without first obtaining a return authorization from us.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, damaged upon arrival). In cases where the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
Please note that due to the size and weight of shed products, return shipping costs may vary. We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
Approved Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds will be issued within 2 business days after return approval. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected time frame, please take the following steps:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@shopshedmart.com for further assistance.
Exchanges and Damaged Products
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product or size, you will need to return the original item following our return policy and place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged or defective shed, please contact us immediately. Provide detailed information about the damage along with clear photographs showing the issue. We will review your claim and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate. Please make sure to keep the original packaging and damaged item as evidence, as this may be required for inspection purposes.
