Order Cut-Off Time
Our order cut-off time is 19:00 PM (7:00 PM) Central Standard Time (CST). Orders placed on or before this time are processed and dispatched the same day, subject to availability and payment confirmation.
Same-Day Dispatch and Tracking Policy
We are committed to getting your order on its way as quickly as possible. Our same-day dispatch policy works as follows:
- If you place an order at or before 19:00 PM (7:00 PM), your order will be dispatched the same day, and you will receive your tracking number on the same day.
- If you place an order after 19:00 PM (7:00 PM), your order will be dispatched the next morning immediately when operations begin, and your tracking number will be provided that next morning.
